A leading company in the engineering and technology consulting services sector, Empresa reconocida, is seeking a highly skilled ERTMS Validation Engineer to join its team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing test specifications based on ERTMS requirements, generating test environments, executing ERTMS tests in the lab and in the field, and generating corresponding test reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute test plans and specifications in accordance with ERTMS standards and requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, RAMS, R&D, and Signaling, to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Provide technical expertise and support to the System Validator and other stakeholders.
  4. Conduct thorough testing and validation of ERTMS systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Identify and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

Requirements:

  1. Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or Physical Sciences.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in ERTMS N1 and N2 projects.
  3. In-depth knowledge of UNISIG Baseline 2 and Baseline 3 documentation.
  4. High level of English (C1 minimum).
  5. Excellent teamwork and decision-making skills.
  6. Strong commitment to quality and deadlines.
  7. Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
