We are seeking highly skilled IT professionals to join our team in Marina, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network and systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in 24x7 continuous monitoring of servers, desktop computers, and networking devices. They will also possess strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system failures, client database access issues, and predictable hardware failures.

Additional responsibilities will include providing dedicated help desk support via email, web, or phone, as well as being on-call for urgent issues. The successful candidate will also be responsible for data backup and disaster recovery support, spam and virus protection support, and network security.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Experience in server and desktop management
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment
