Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure financial support for Rsb's programs and initiatives.
- Work closely with our Executive Director and leadership team to identify potential funding opportunities and build relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Support the Executive Director in cultivating relationships with potential donors, including family and corporate foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
- Manage and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to achieve our fundraising goals.
- Collaborate with our communications team to develop fundraising materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate fundraising efforts, track fundraising goals and targets, and develop a formal pipeline for fundraising efforts.
- Proven track record in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit or sustainability sector, in the US and Europe.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
- Strong knowledge of fundraising principles and techniques.
- Demonstrated success in securing grants, sponsorships, and donations from diverse sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills and attention to detail.
