Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Commissioning Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our design and build team, you will be responsible for leading the commissioning process for industrial and datacenter projects from design to final handover.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and overseeing the commissioning process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
  • Coordinating with design and construction teams, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Overseeing testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of HVAC, electrical, and other critical systems.
  • Providing technical expertise and support to resolve commissioning issues.
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of commissioning activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and health and safety guidelines.

You will have a minimum of 10 years' seniority as a Commissioning Manager in industrial building projects, with good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and other technical systems relevant to datacenter infrastructure.

We value multicultural teamwork and are looking for a leader who can motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams. Your adaptability, interpersonal skills, and rigor will be essential in this role.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a good level of French being a plus.
