About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our commercial team in a specific territory, driving profitability and headcount growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve territory targets
  • Participating in the recruitment and hiring process of the commercial team
  • Providing detailed sales forecasts on a quarterly, semester, and annual basis
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Allocating resources to achieve sales and service goals
  • Motivating the sales team to achieve their targets
  • Creating sales reports and a P&L report for each country

About you

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales leader with a strong track record in sales leadership positions.

Requirements include:

  • Full proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and English
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in a sales leadership position
  • Proven experience in reporting to C-Levels
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Strong ability to lead multicultural sales teams and strategic thinking
  • Deep knowledge of the Ad-Tech sector
  • Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous
  • Highly valued: Previous experience collaborating with leading agencies such as WPP, Publicis, OMG, Dentsu, or IPG in Latam markets.
