About the Role

Inner Flow Studio S.L is seeking a skilled Freelance Registered Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Treatment
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition, movement patterns, and functional limitations.
    • Develop personalized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
    • Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and improve mobility, strength, and physical function.
  • Patient Education and Empowerment
    • Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and self-management strategies to support their recovery process.
    • Empower patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation by providing guidance on home exercises, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention techniques.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with our other Inner Flow professionals, including physicians, holistic therapists, and trainers to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other members of the healthcare system to coordinate care and facilitate continuity of treatment.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Registered physiotherapist with a valid license to practice.
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in musculoskeletal or sports rehabilitation.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills, with a thorough understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury mechanisms.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with members. Catalan appreciated.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to providing individualized and evidence-based treatment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
