We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Luxury Market Expert to join our team at Blanca de Olivar Real Estate in the picturesque town of Ciutadella de Menorca, Spain.

The estimated annual salary for this position is €35,000 - €50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Real Estate Luxury Market Expert, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and sourcing off-market luxury properties for our clients;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, architects, lawyers, and other industry professionals;
• Creating customized property presentations and marketing materials;
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction;
• Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Fluency in English, Spanish, and French;
• A bachelor's degree in a related field such as real estate, business, or hospitality;
• At least 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or marketing;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
