Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing key financial support to Country and Central FP&A Managers. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly closing process on sales and OpEx, providing relevant analysis of variance to plan and last year.
- Providing monthly financial reports on sales, COGS, inventory, OpEx, OpInc, and other key metrics to FP&As and business stakeholders.
- Defining new financial reports to track performance in collaboration with FP&As, rolling out training to FP&As and business stakeholders.
- Assisting FP&As in analyzing performance trends or any ad-hoc analysis on sales and opex, investigating significant variance to plan.
- Calculating employees' quarterly commissions.
- Participating in defining sales reps' annual targets.
- Supporting FP&As in the annual financial plan and forecasts by preparing relevant templates and managing all financial data into financial systems.
- Providing ongoing user assistance and training on financial systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Finance Operations.
- Strong Excel knowledge and systems adoption (Tableau, Hyperion, SAP).
- Excellent communication skills to deliver presentations at top management level and influence others.
- A continuous improvement mindset with attention to detail.
