About the Role

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Site Logistics Management and Operations team. As a Data Science Trainee, you'll work closely with our experts to develop and implement AI-driven applications and predictive analysis solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team to identify business needs and develop effective AI solutions
  • Learn and apply machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Work on exciting projects that bring your creativity and passion to our global teams
  • Participate in an all-expense paid international stint in Germany to enhance your network and intercultural skills
What We Offer
  • A comprehensive 18-month program based in the Digital Hub Madrid, including a 6-month internship and a 12-month training contract
  • Four rotations in different teams to give you exposure to various aspects of digitalization

Requirements
  • Finishing a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages, such as Python
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries
Nice to Have
  • University or training projects related to production or logistics
  • Previous experience with cloud-based solutions, preferably Azure
  • Previous experience with Computer Vision, Generative AI, and analytics to process sensor/time-series data
