Program OverviewThe Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term program that offers a immersive experience in the blockchain industry. Participants will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gain valuable skills, and build a professional network that will propel their career forward.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute an integrated marketing and community engagement strategy, encompassing performance marketing, brand awareness, social media, and event planning.
- Build, manage, and optimize the user success funnel, including oversight of and input to key product UI/UX areas that drive funnel conversion and active user engagement.
- Grow the active user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand through data-driven performance marketing and competitive benchmarking.
- Attract and manage affiliate relationships, partnerships, and B2B opportunities while working with the entire team to improve incentivization strategies to drive growth.
- Develop a vibrant online and offline community, increasing engagement through moderating activities, content creation, fostering positive interactions, and assisting the Binance Angel Program.
- Organize and execute impactful online and offline events, such as meet-ups, hackathons, and workshops, tailored to the local market and user base.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing.
- Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fin-tech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facing.
- Past marketing/growth roles at Spanish virtual asset exchange is strongly preferred.
- Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space.
- Data-driven and performance marketing mindset is a must.
- Proven experience in growing and managing a user base.
- Language skills: Spanish, and Advanced English.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
- Experience in community management and events is a plus.
