**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Accounting and Treasury department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions, and collaborating with other departments to anticipate credit and cash flow needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Reconcile monthly bank account movements and maintain the treasury tool/platform.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Treasury department in day-to-day business and monthly closings.
  • Execute payments, including individual transfers and remittances, and coordinate with the Back Office.
  • Closely monitor and manage hedging contracts for Fuel & USD when required.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of the Cash Flow Forecast.
  • Communicate with banks to resolve operational incidents related to payments, deposits, guarantees, contracts, etc.
  • Analyze and resolve different situations within the Department.
  • Collaborate with other Departments at Empresa Reconocida to anticipate credit and cash flow needs.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card movements with their users using the Expenses Platform.

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar working environment.
  • Highly analytical, organized, proactive, and with strong attention to detail.
  • Oriented towards different projects/areas.
  • Used to working under pressure and in short timings.
  • Experience in the Accounting/Administration Dept. carrying out tasks in the areas of Purchases/Suppliers/Payments will be valued.
  • Advanced English and Spanish level is required.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of Navision will be valued.
  • Full-time work.
