Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Lead to join our team. As a servant leader and coach for an Agile Team, you will help educate the team in SAFe, Scrum, and Behavior-Driven Development, ensuring the agreed Agile process is followed. You will also remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning by working with other Scrum Masters and the Business Owner
- Support Iteration Execution by facilitating successful ScrumXP Events, such as Backlog refinement, iteration planning, daily Stand-up meetings, and Iteration Retrospective
- Direct day-to-day activities of projects within a matrix organization
- Foster communication between teams working on your projects and motivate
Requirements
- Growth mindset
- Certified scrum master (preferred)
- Knowledge of Agile Frameworks and principles
- Understanding of the Behavior-Driven Design Principles
- Deep knowledge of GlobalView Payroll and/or Global Workforce Management Solution
- Ability to influence and lead Agile team to drive results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies
- PMP or equivalent professional project management certification a plus
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. Note: This is an estimate and may vary based on location and experience.
