About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Morningstar. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our French institutional clients, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch service to French institutional clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with our data operations, development, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively suggest product enhancements to the products team, leveraging your daily interactions with clients to drive innovation.
  • Develop expertise in all areas of our products, providing in-depth knowledge and support to clients.
  • Contribute to quality assurance efforts, ensuring new features and changes meet the highest standards.
  • Identify trends in client behavior, research the competitive landscape, and provide feedback to drive business growth.
  • Effectively document client feedback and activity, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French, with a strong understanding of European languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on interpersonal relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • A fast learner with a flexible approach, able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Sound client service skills, with a proactive attitude and a commitment to issue ownership.
  • An interest in the investment industry and capital markets knowledge, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
