Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Service department (F&B Service) as a trainee. The successful candidate will perform service-related tasks and daily activities, ensuring that every guest experience is memorable.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and execution of food and beverage service and sales from order-taking to delivery
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and service to restaurant customers
• Deliver drinks, light meals, and snacks to customers seated at bars or cocktail tables
• Assist in setting up, serving, and dismantling furniture and other items for buffets and events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, utensils, and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential.

Earnings and Salary

The estimated monthly salary for this position is approximately €2,000 - €2,500, depending on your qualifications and performance.
