Job Title: Croatian Metadata Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Croatian Metadata Specialist to join our team at Welocalize. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our client's metadata.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify content accuracy and make edits or suggestions as needed
  • Make decisions on content with limited information
  • Report patterns of issues to improve database and product performance
  • Test tools to provide feedback for improving efficiency and accuracy
  • Work and communicate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in Croatian
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to maintain motivation and focus through repetitive tasks
  • Highly detail-oriented with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity to make sound judgment calls
  • Wide-ranging knowledge of local movies, TV shows, music, literature, social media platforms, cultural sensitivities, and nuances
