**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. as an Integrated Creative Lead. This is a permanent position based in Madrid, Spain, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for digital, print, and social media campaigns, working closely with clients to understand their brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Lead the development of creative ideas, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and account managers, to deliver integrated marketing solutions that drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in branding and marketing, applying this knowledge to inform and inspire creative work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.

**Requirements**

  • 4+ years of experience in a senior art director or integrated creative lead role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work.
  • Excellent client engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence clients through creative input and ideas.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in design, typography, and layout.
  • Experience with motion and video production, including After Effects and Premiere.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
