Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the Top of the Funnel (TOTF) strategy to drive engagement and retention across our platforms.
- Collaborate with global platform teams to align on TOTF objectives and ensure content is editorially and commercially aligned.
- Work closely with Rights Acquisition to ensure new content is considered and presented to all authorized and unauthorized users.

- Editorial and commercial experience working in the sports industry.
- Ability to present data-backed insights to senior leaders.
- Experience using Business Intelligence software, including Tableau and Looker.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
