Administrative Assistant for a Law Firm in Marbella

Recruit4Work SL is seeking a highly skilled Administrative and Accounting Assistant to join their team in Marbella. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal office environment and be proficient in Spanish, Dutch, and English.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including welcoming and assisting clients, managing schedules and appointments, and handling phone calls and emails.
- Accounting and Taxation: Manage the bookkeeping and accounting processes for the law firm's corporate clients, oversee the general accounting process and tax filings, and prepare and manage invoices for clients.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide support to clarify any concerns, and prepare quotes and send them to clients or the lawyer.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in the process of obtaining tax identification numbers (NIF) for companies, handle the process of acquiring digital certificates for the company and clients, and request company NIF.
- Trilingual proficiency in Spanish, Dutch, and English.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal office environment.
- Ability to handle the stress and workload typical of a law firm.
