Job Overview
The SAP Preferred Success team is looking for a Cloud Adoption Consultant to join our team and provide expert-level guidance to our customers. You will be responsible for remotely delivering adoption and consumption-focused services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors Platform, Employee Central including Time and Payroll, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver adoption and consumption-focused services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors Platform, Employee Central including Time and Payroll, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
- Develop exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive the innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.
Requirements
- Associate Certification in at least one of the employee lifecycle modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding).
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding modules.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers.
