eCommerce Platform Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled IT professional to join our team and lead the development and maintenance of our eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ecommerce tools, such as SAP Commerce Cloud and Mirakl, and a strong understanding of the technical operations required for optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical operations of the eCommerce marketplace, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Implement and manage integrations with SAP Commerce, Mirakl, and/or Spryker, customizing solutions to meet business needs.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the eCommerce storefront using tools such as Vue, Alokai, or similar technologies.
- Implement and optimize recommendation engine tools like Algolia, Bloomreach, or similar to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to align IT initiatives with business goals.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for eCommerce platform issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
