About the Role

Ferrovial Construcción, a leading international construction company, is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team on a high-profile data center project. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in leading health and safety initiatives and ensuring the well-being of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive health and safety system, coordinating with operations management teams to improve safety standards.
  • Verify the implementation and adequacy of the health and safety plan, proposing corrective actions as needed.
  • Gather and manage monthly information for the project, analyzing metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to implement health and safety management systems.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of health and safety leadership programs and training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Building, and/or Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Health and Safety Manager or Coordinator in industrial construction works.
  • Advanced English language skills (C2 certified).
  • Driving license B.
