Job Title: Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Studio Banana, S.L. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing our online marketing strategy and helping to communicate our values, methodologies, and creative principles to our target audience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media: Implement and optimize Facebook/Instagram ads campaigns, and collaborate in the strategy of Google ads campaigns.
  • Social Networks: Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help achieve our brand objectives.
  • Community Management: Create, program, and publish content, and proactively engage with our community to grow brand engagement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Continuously analyze our main competitors to incorporate the latest digital trends.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and manage our online reputation.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Open, curious, energetic, and focused individual with team-working soft skills.
  • Junior professional with the right attitude, matching our studio values.
  • Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or similar.
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in the field of Marketing & Communications.
  • Proven background in community management and paid media: Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Adwords, etc.
  • Exceptional communications and editorial skills.
  • Proficient in both Spanish & English.

Nice to Have:

  • Facebook Ads Certification, Google AdWords Certifications (search, and display), Google Analytics Certification.
  • Examples of campaigns carried out on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Experience in Public Relations and Influencers marketing.
  • Organizational and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as MailChimp, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
