We are seeking an exceptional Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex software projects, mentoring and developing your team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to your team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Team Management: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within your team, providing regular feedback and coaching to help them grow in their roles.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a software engineering management role, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
