Digital Marketing Specialist Role

MotorK is a leading sales and marketing technology company in Europe, specializing in the automotive sector. We empower manufacturers and dealerships to sell more with innovative, cloud-based products and services.

We are on a fast and ambitious trajectory, serving 90% of the automotive manufacturers. To continue our growth, we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our international Activation team.

The role will cover operations for Germany, with the rest of the team working from all across Europe and the UK. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for setting up our Saas products in accordance with client requirements for the German market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather all the information required to set up the SaaS product for the customer
  • Manage client requests and prioritize workflow
  • Configure the websites and the CRM for the customer to use the SaaS
  • Perform the necessary product configuration to fulfill the customer requirements
  • Present the progress and the final product to the customer and answer queries
  • Tickets management in collaboration with R&D team
  • Follow up with developers and product expert teams
  • Cooperate with Success Manager in controlling the project scope

Requirements

Our ideal Digital Marketing Specialist will have previous experience working in a stakeholder management environment, as well as providing technical support in the set up of web based products, using CMS tools. They will also have:

  • Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to act as a power user for complex business applications like CRM, ERP, CMS, Marketing automation platforms
  • Strong knowledge in WordPress CMS
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
  • Notion in SEO, such as loading content, creating titles, SEO tags, and descriptions
  • Understanding of PHP development will be appreciated
  • German native level, as well as fluent English

Working Pattern and Location

  • Full time, permanent role
  • Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid role (office based in Madrid)
