About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Agency Experience Specialist to join our team at NN Group. As a key member of our Digital Agency Experience team, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our main sales channel and improving the overall experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with our international team and other countries involved in the project to design and develop the Salesforce Agent app.
  • User Experience: Organize focus groups and testing sessions with end-users to identify their needs and ensure that the functionalities meet their expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Define and improve processes within the network, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of all functionalities prior to their official production deployment.
  • Requirements Development: Work closely with the Salesforce squads to develop requirements for new functionalities and track their progress.
  • Adoption and Training: Monitor and analyze the use and adoption of Salesforce within our sales network, and develop a comprehensive adoption plan to ensure that our agents are getting the most out of this powerful tool.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as ADE, Marketing, Publicidad, or similar.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Skills: Experience with CRM (Salesforce), excellent communication skills, good negotiation skills, positive work ethic, good project management skills, good relationship management skills, creative flair, commercial awareness, strong problem-solving skills, and a confident, passionate, and enthusiastic attitude.
