Your Tasks
You will be responsible for all aspects of ongoing financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, preliminary VAT return, and contract administration. You will prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a monthly basis. Additionally, you will implement and control financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a qualified individual with experience in an accounting role, preferably within an audit firm, a professional services firm, or in a technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (esp. DATEV) and advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong analytical abilities, reliable, and detail-oriented are key characteristics we look for in our candidates. A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English (business fluent, C1–C2) are necessary for this position.

Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is €65,000 - €90,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes benefits such as flexible working hours, the choice of workplace, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
