Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Intern in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Front Office Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome
  • Perform and administer check-ins and check-outs
  • Assign rooms and take care of administrative duties
  • Process guest payments
  • Be a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice
  • Accommodate general and unique requests
  • Understand all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, and promotions
  • Communicate with all departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Handle complaints & diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests
  • Other related duties in the front office department
