About the Role
We are looking for a skilled professional to lead the technical vision of our Digital Creator Community. As the Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for establishing a common vision on Creator Toolset, including productivity tools and Community & Communication tools. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our Creators have the right working tools and work setting to maximize productivity and staff retention.
Main Responsibilities
Developing and executing a Technology Vision for our Creator Community and its toolset, aligned with Nespresso Tech & Digital business goals
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement: Work closely with UX/UI, Development, Testing, Product & Operations teams to integrate various perspectives into the Toolset and Community Vision and build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Leading the Technical Writer and Creator Community Lead to form a strong team that makes the shared vision come to life
Preparing budget decisions inside the Toolkit area, as well as monitoring current spending by suppliers
Maintaining operational vendor relations and analyzing the current technology environment to recommend solutions for improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
5+ years of design and implementation experience in IS/IT, with Agile methodologies
Proven experience in Business Stakeholder Management in the context of Digital Experience development
Familiarity with Security, Compliance, and Risk Management
Proficiency in English
