Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems engineering, with a focus on power electronics, and experience working with discrete components, sensors, battery management systems, and converters.

  • Develop hardware design calculations and select components to meet project requirements
  • Perform simulations using Matlab/Simulink and Spice
  • Design and layout PCBs, following EMC rules
  • Support the eCAD group in design activities and ensure compliance with design rules and good practices
  • Conduct design quality activities, including DFMEA, FTA, and Worst Case Analysis
  • Develop hardware according to defined processes and procedures
  • Prepare documentation for internal releases and customer deliverables
  • Collaborate with the team to understand customer requirements and provide technical feedback

The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Industrial Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in hardware design and development
  • Deep knowledge of power electronics, switching between AC and DC, BLDC motor control, and electrical AC transition motors
  • Experience with lab equipment, soldering, and electronics technology
  • Familiarity with simulation tools, such as Matlab/Simulink and PSPICE
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, in the range of €60,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance.
