Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Analytics Strategist to join our team at Atwork Corporate Ag.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust analytical solutions, ranging from basic statistical analysis to advanced Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence algorithms, to address the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute product strategy.
  • Analyze data to discover hidden trends; deliver insights and analysis with clear actionable recommendations.
  • Design, build, and implement models into our solutions.
  • Construct and manipulate large datasets, and apply creativity in developing solutions using SQL, Python, and other tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree/MSc in a relevant field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Math, Psychologist or other related subject.
  • Experience in several of the following areas:
    • Background in statistics: familiarity with practically applying both descriptive and predictive models.
    • Solid understanding of Generalized Linear Model (GLM), preferably having developed customized models to suit diverse needs.
    • Knowledge of Bayesian statistics and inference.
    • Experience designing and optimizing Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs).
    • Experience with NLP and using LLMs.
    • Hands-on knowledge of data science and Big Data tools:
      • Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL & NoSQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software.
      • Solid understanding of Generalized Linear Models (GLMs).
      • STAN (cmdstanpy, RStan, etc.) for Bayesian statistical modelling.
      • Regression, clustering and other ML algorithms.
      • Experience with Deep Learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch.
  • Languages we expect you to bring:
    • Spanish Professional.
    • English Professional.
  • Nice to have:
    • Knowledge of psychometry (SEM, CFA, EFA, EGA, etc.).
    • Experience with Huggingface models for generating text embeddings.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per year.
  • A permanent contract.
  • Hybrid (Santander) or remote work with flexible working hours.
