Job Title: Transport Planner

At Essity Ab, we're seeking a skilled Transport Planner to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you'll play a crucial role in creating optimal transport plans that meet customer service levels while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize daily transport planning through our Transport Management System (TMS) to ensure timely delivery and cost savings.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across Europe to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Manage transport incidents through our Ticketing Tool and follow up on planned transports to ensure delivery times are respected.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for transport planning improvements and advise on scope enhancements.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in transport planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in English and French is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and software such as TMS, SAP, or Ticketing Tool is a plus.
