Job Title: Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced English Teacher to join our team at Venair Group's headquarters in Terrassa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English education and be able to design engaging lessons for employees.

About the Role

This part-time position involves teaching one-on-one classes to help employees improve their English skills. As an Education Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing activities and selecting materials aligned with course objectives and students' levels.
  • Delivering lessons to develop skills such as grammar, vocabulary, writing, reading, listening, and conversation.
  • Correcting assignments and exams, and providing feedback to help students improve.
  • Addressing doubts, offering tutoring when needed, and keeping students motivated.
  • Tracking attendance, organizing evaluations, and preparing progress reports.
  • Integrating digital tools and platforms to enhance lessons or teach online if necessary.

The successful candidate will have a native-level English proficiency and experience teaching English at various levels and age groups, including exam preparation. They will also be proficient in using technological tools and educational platforms for both in-person and online classes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A degree in English Philology, Education, Translation, or related fields, preferably with teaching qualifications.
  • Native-level English proficiency, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Previous experience teaching English, including exam preparation.
  • Proficient use of technological tools and educational platforms.
  • Flexible schedule availability and adaptability.
