Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Improvement Leader to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the warehouse facility to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage warehouse operations to meet business requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse layout and processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders.
- Monitor performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in managing 3PL warehousing operations for the industrial sector.
- Proven track record of leading and driving CI activities through LEAN methodology.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis and drive corrective actions.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with 3-5 years of people management experience preferred.
- High level of English proficiency and familiarity with Oracle 11i.
