David Kennedy Recruitment, a renowned recruitment agency, is partnering with a leading BPO company to find highly skilled Hebrew-speaking Content Moderators for their team in Barcelona, Spain.

About the Role

This full-time position involves working as an on-site Content Moderator, ensuring the compliance of user-generated content with platform policies and community standards. The successful candidate will investigate reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior, identify high-risk issues, and escalate them while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure adherence to platform policies and community standards
  • Investigate and resolve reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior
  • Identify and escalate high-risk issues while maintaining confidentiality and data security
  • Provide timely and empathetic support to users, balancing platform integrity with user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure continuous service improvement
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess native/fluent Hebrew skills, both verbally and written. Fluency in English is also essential, along with a valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship. Strong affinity with back-office operations and content moderation is required, as well as computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and empathy are also crucial for success in this role.

Salary and Benefits

The compensation package includes a competitive salary of €30,000 per annum, plus opportunities for career growth within a fast-growing international company.
