The Role

We are seeking to appoint a university student to provide active support to our Water Engineering team at Arup Spain. The selected candidate will engage in the analysis and design of water networks and infrastructure as part of the unique projects undertaken by our Civil Department.

Minimum Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Degree or Master’s program in Civil Engineering
  • Genuine interest in the technical aspects of water engineering
  • Proficient in English (C1 level)
  • Familiarity with Autocad and ArcGIS
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Energetic and proactive attitude
  • Eagerness to learn water-related software; knowledge of Infoworks ICM, SWMM, or similar software is a plus

Conditions

  • Must be currently studying at the university level to facilitate an internship agreement.
  • Immediate availability required.
  • Internship duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension and potential employment post-internship.
  • Work schedule: Between 20 to 40 hours per week, to be arranged with the student.
  • Compensation: Dependent on the student's educational level and agreed hours.
