Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will play a crucial part in driving business transformation at Sibelco. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Perform in-depth business requirement analysis to identify functional specification needs.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with key users to ensure seamless business transformation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IS/IT technology advancements and promote opportunities for deployment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Practical understanding of the industrial minerals industry.
- Expertise in current technology advancements and IT capabilities.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
