About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Hs Mittweida. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our business teams solve problems, improve efficiency, and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve the productivity of several business teams by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Automate the calculation of bonuses for our sales team of over 400 people across multiple regions.
  • Develop innovative tools to automate certain tasks and improve team efficiency.
  • Implement alerting systems to identify potential issues and anticipate market changes.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and identify growth levers.
  • Produce in-depth analyses on topics at the intersection of Operations, Quality, and HR (recruitment, skills development, etc.).
  • Ensure data reliability and accessibility by maintaining and developing dashboards.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an engineering/business school.
  • Passionate about data and digital.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, and independent.
  • Comfortable with SQL, data processing, and visualization (Tableau, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Good level of English.
  • Ideal skills in data science.
