RMC Asia is partnering with Lebua Hotels and Resorts to recruit motivated students for a Kitchen internship in Bangkok, Thailand. As part of our Cultural Exchange Programs, this role allows participants to work in a global hotel environment, discover exciting cultural experiences, and enjoy the multicultural atmosphere of Bangkok.

Program Details
  • Host: A 5-Star Hotel by Lebua Hotels and Resorts
  • Destination: Bangkok, Thailand
  • Department: Kitchen
  • Program: Hospitality & Business Internship
  • Duration: 6 - 12 months
  • Intake: December 2024 onwards
Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking, including chopping, marinating, and applying various techniques according to standard recipes.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensure proper food storage.
  • Support chefs in plating, presentation, and kitchen station setup and breakdown.
  • Engage in training and development to enhance cooking skills, while observing and learning from experienced chefs.
  • Assist in inventory control tasks and support kitchen management as needed.
