We're seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of MOM Subject Matter Expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement agile product development strategies.
- Drive platform rollout initiatives, ensuring seamless deployment of MOM systems at new factory locations.
- Provide expert guidance and training to power users, enabling them to effectively utilize MOM systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for MOM products, contributing to knowledge article development.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in intralogistics or production, focusing on process improvement and automation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- In-depth understanding of shopfloor operations, including primary, secondary, warehouse, and related intralogistics processes.
- Familiarity with Track & Trace systems and processes, as well as proficiency in WMS, MES, SAP, and PowerBI.
- Ability to design complex manufacturing processes, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ISA 95, ISA 88, industrial control systems, MS Office, agile SCRUM, and willingness to travel for the role.
