Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our development team in Palma, Spain. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the development of a new application in the tourism industry.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of Java 17+ applications, supporting business objectives and providing expertise in software development lifecycle phases.
- Develop, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain web applications using full-stack JavaScript.
- Analyze, design, and build component-based applications in an online XML delivery environment, including modeling techniques, component and object-oriented design, complex algorithmic coding, and systematic approaches to application and system integration.
- Perform hands-on coding and assist in architecture.
- Collaborate closely with other development teams in other countries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields.
- Java (including Java 17+) developing experience (at least 3 years).
- Knowledge of developing web applications with JavaScript.
- Work experience and references in the tourism industry.
- Knowledge of English in speaking and writing.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to work with others as part of an established development team.
- Experience with common testing frameworks.
- Must have a proven ability to work with deadlines.
Desirable Knowledge
- Additional certifications in core technologies.
- Proficiency in Gradle, Hexagonal Architecture, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, SonarQube, Swagger, and Kafka is highly desirable.
- Experience with Enterprise Middleware.
