As a Graphic Designer at Avantio, you will be responsible for creating visual assets that communicate our brand's message and appeal to our target audience: Property Managers around the world. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute design concepts for various projects, including landing pages, marketing materials, advertisements, website graphics, social media visuals, email marketing campaigns, and more.

1. Develop and execute design concepts that align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
2. Collaborate with marketing, product, and human resources teams to create cohesive designs.
3. Use design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, to create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
4. Ensure all designs maintain consistency across all channels and adhere to brand guidelines.
5. Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to continually improve the quality of our visual assets.

1. High level of English and Spanish.
2. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on the SaaS or Technology sector.
4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
5. Knowledge of Figma or other design collaboration software.
6. Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from cross-functional teams.
9. Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas and concepts.
