Job Summary:
Yolk Academy is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to support academic operations and ensure classes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support academic operations to ensure classes run smoothly
- Ensure teachers and students have the necessary tools to succeed
- Work with the team to find value-adding solutions to our established workflow
- Support the team to ensure deadlines are met
- Create reports for internal purposes and for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- At least 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Apps and Excel
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and a problem-solving attitude
