About the Role
We are seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team at the Fuencarral store. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective management of the store team and implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving store sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective management of the store team and implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a positive role model to all store employees, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
- Continuously improve and develop specific skills by taking ownership of responsibilities assigned, such as customer service, merchandising, and operations.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the day-to-day management of salespersons and key functional areas.
- Provide excellent customer service in omnichannel sales, ensuring clients have a high-level shopping experience while achieving sales targets and KPIs of the store.
- Work as a Brand Ambassador, representing the image and transferring the values of the brand.
- Responsible for the sale of Diesel products in the store and all customer service and information tasks.
- Manage product stock control and replenishment orders.
- Be very focused on results and targets, able to work in a fast and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Be a Brand Ambassador with a passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.
- Bring strong management and communication skills with a track record of being a well-respected leader in your field.
- Embrace change and thrive in keeping up with innovation in the retail industry.
- Be a fashion enthusiast whose friends and colleagues consider you the go-to person for industry trends and product knowledge.
- Prioritize the customer and excel at building relationships with clients, providing a world-class experience.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in a Premium or Luxury Company.
- Possess strong attitudes and specific knowledge in managing a proper selling ceremony and customer service, with proven experience in omnichannel sales.
- Be very focused on results and targets, able to work in a fast and dynamic environment.
- Have a strong interest in the fashion market, its main influencers, brands, and dynamics, and be updated about trends and the needs of our customer target.
- Provide excellent customer service in omnichannel sales, ensuring clients have a high-level shopping experience while achieving sales targets and KPIs of the store.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.
Additional Information
Hours: Part Time (20h). Availability to work on shifts from Monday to Sunday.
