About the Role

As the EMEA Sales Director for Broadcom's CA Portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy for this critical business area. Your primary objective will be to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy that drives retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead a team of EMEA business developers and collaborate with key partners to achieve financial and business goals
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries
  • Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in additional European languages a plus
  • Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations
