Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Network Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network security principles, with a focus on firewalls, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and policy orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Network Security Measures: Develop and implement robust network security measures to protect our organization's data and infrastructure.
- Manage Firewall Policies and Configurations: Review, implement, and manage firewall policies and configurations to ensure robust network security.
- Design and Implement ZTNA Frameworks: Design, implement, and maintain ZTNA frameworks to enhance the security posture of our network.
- Improve Policy Orchestration Processes: Improve policy orchestration processes to enhance security operations efficiency.
- Support Network Security Assessments: Support network security assessments and environment analysis to identify and mitigate risks.
- Support and Respond to Network Security Incidents: Support and respond to network security incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into network infrastructure projects.
- Maintain and Update Network Security Documentation: Maintain and update network security documentation, including policies, procedures, and configurations.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Security Technologies: Keep abreast of emerging security technologies and industry best practices to continually improve network defenses.
Requirements:
- 6+ Years of Relevant Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in IT.
- Almost 2 Years in Network Security: Almost 2 years in the network security field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Strong Knowledge of Firewalls and ZTNA: Strong knowledge of firewalls, ZTNA, and policy orchestration.
- Familiarity with Network Protocols: Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and switching.
- Experience with Security Incident Response: Experience with security incident response and mitigation.
- Hands-on Experience with Network Security Tools: Hands-on experience with network security tools and technologies.
