Academic Secretary for Degrees

LCI Education is a global educational community with a diverse range of campuses and a commitment to innovation. As an Academic Secretary for Degrees, you will play a key role in supporting the academic success of our students and faculty.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to teachers and students, ensuring the smooth operation of academic programs.
  • Manage student records and academic data, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement academic projects and initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to faculty, ensuring the effective use of educational technology.
  • Manage the daily planning and occupancy of classrooms, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform academic decision-making and improve student outcomes.
  • Communicate with students, faculty, and staff in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma and Higher Degree in Administration and Finance.
  • Experience in management and customer service tasks.
  • Skills: organizational capacity, ease of communication and oral and written expression, customer orientation, problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Catalan level C2.
  • Spanish level C2.
  • English level C1.
