About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team in Germany, Spain, or India. This role will focus on driving agile methodologies across our organization, ensuring high-quality delivery of payment services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
As an Agile Transformation Specialist, you will lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and quality standards. Your key responsibilities include:

• Coaching and mentoring teams to adopt agile practices and improve their working conditions;
• Identifying and addressing impediments to ensure continuous improvement;
• Planning and facilitating agile ceremonies, including time-boxing and feature development;
• Driving the adoption of agile methodologies within the organization and collaborating with other processes and workflows;

Serving the Organization
You will contribute to the Scrum Master's Backlog and ensure that Scrum practices align with the organization's goals. Additionally, you will help integrate Scrum with other processes and workflows within the organization. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and assist with training sessions and workshops on Scrum and agile methodologies.

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year
This salary range takes into account the location, industry, and required skills and qualifications. The actual salary may vary based on individual factors.
