Job Summary

Coty, a leading beauty company, is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our Granollers Planning HUB. As an EXO MPS Senior Planner, you will play a critical role in delivering service, cost, and cash targets by leading key activities with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of challenging TPMs (Third-Party Manufacturers) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate service and inventory risks on finished goods, ensuring that mitigation actions are in place or escalated clearly and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with TPMs, Quality, and EXO Operations to ensure prompt reaction to urgencies and prevent potential missed opportunities.
  • Review and manage exceptions messages to balance service and inventory by monitoring and following demand changes.
  • Support the Supply Chain Leadership with Scorecard review and Planning Operating Model with TPMs.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date SAP Master Data and logistic activities (GR, PD, ASN, Disposals at TPM).
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive operational performance, covering Service, Cost, and Cash.
  • Communicate effectively with the EXO team, including DRP, Initiatives, MSP, Giftsets, and CSP.
  • Drive process improvement within the team, supporting delivery of base business goods and Initiatives, and building up planning operation models and ramping up TPMs.
  • Owning key MPS processes and delivering their KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience in EXO or MPS role as Senior Planner.
  • Results-focused, able to react to dynamic environments to deliver business needs.
  • Collaboration skills to positively influence and manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accountability and ownership, with a personal drive to improve the status quo and passionate ownership of performance for the team.
  • Planning Mastery, with a key understanding of COTY Planning systems (SAP, JDA, MFR) and experience in Supply planning and knowledge of supply chain end-to-end.
  • Effective communication skills to maintain relationships with the rest of the teams.
  • Priority setting and organization skills.
