Key Responsibilities:
- User-Centric and Data-Informed Design: Lead comprehensive digital design processes by leveraging user insights and analytics to craft innovative solutions and understand user journeys across channels.
- Visioning and Brand Champion: Translate concepts into disruptive designs that embody effortless luxury and boost sales across multiple markets.
- User Research and Design Solutions: Conduct research to understand user needs and pain points; develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to improve usability and engagement.
- Cross-Platform Experience: Work with product teams to define requirements and ensure feasible, cohesive, and responsive design solutions.
- Usability Testing and Design System Advocacy: Organize testing to refine designs; promote consistency through the design system.
- Stay Informed and Innovate: Keep abreast of design trends and technologies, recommending their adoption to maintain relevance.
Requirements:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic impact, leadership, and complex design solutions, with a focus on aesthetics and functionality.
- Ability to advocate for design and influence product strategy.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of user-centered, responsive, and mobile-first design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in Agile environments.
Bonus Skills:
- Strong visual storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of global design strategies.
- Experience in Food & Beverage or Luxury brands is a plus.
- Knowledge of mobile design patterns and technical implementation.
- Proficiency in motion design, animation, video editing, and interest in AI tools.
