Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our HVAC projects from conception to completion. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules;
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones;
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress and communicating status updates to stakeholders;
  • IDentifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets;
  • Collaborating with external partners and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, construction management, or a related field;
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar project management role, preferably in the HVAC industry;
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Project Management software.
